with current conditions I cannot say there is the best ICO at the moment and I have heard a lot of news and even information about ICO which always ends in fraud and we have to be more careful and smart in choosing the best ICO
it's very difficult to follow an ico now, but I'm sure ico isn't over yet,
there are some ico in my opinion good, namely WPP and W12
now there will be a lot of good ico, but we really need to be able to find ico which is good and also when they open the market will make a price that does not disappoint

A lot of projects are delaying their ICO due to the current bearmarket. I think it's smart to wait. I'm keeping a close eye on two ICO's; Akropolis and OriginProtocol.
