Wether it is scam or not... but they've just added the ability to pay with CTX for car towing into their mobile app (with 10% discount if paid with CTX instead of rubbles).
And they say they are working to adding the same into their partners app (i.e. into mobile app for towing trucks owners).
Easier UI for CTX purchase (kinda "Buy CTX" button in mobile app which would automatically purchase token on Etherdelta) is also in development.
Currently when you tap '+' icon to add CTX to your account it just offers Ether Wallet address to transfer CTX to.
