"There will be a vote on consensus change. That is one thing I am working on right now.
A real vote, on an enhanced explorer. Sign a message to vote, 1 coin is 1 vote, options will be whether to change PoS rewards and if yes, in what way. I'm going to write the details in a "votepaper".
Vote should start as soon as the explorer is ready (weeks), and the result become in effect with new wallets at Block 1.000.000 (in around120 days)
Plan is to have testnets for the vote options starting block 850.000 to preview how changes would play out."
So i think we gonna change the consensus rules in a democratic way and POS will go further, dont worry, we're all involved in the future of rain

The problem is which other exchanges? Its on 2 of the exchanges that suite these types of coins. Also the dev don't have funds to lay out on more exchanges. The volume was fine when work started on the project again, it has just died off because the dev have been not active and no updates until recently.

I think there are several good third-tier exchanges where RAIN can attract the attention of community, like bitflip, btc-alpha, mercatox they do not charge too much for the listing, and maybe existing community could donate some coins to raise the necessary amount..
