Does it mean that TittieCoin is just a rebranding of the existing but abandoned network of Titcoin?

Same happens with TIT. You cannot acquire it. Unless you have 100% of the current supply. Which is not true
Yeah most cryptocurrencies are decentralized so you can't take ownership unless you own all of it right. So I'm curious on what they mean by this
