Is the main problem is the difficulty of exchanging crypto into fiat? actually in every exchanger or wallet, there are instructions. You can search for "help" to help you do that.
I know but my complain is that exchanging BTC & ETH for fiat is easy compared to other altcoins. In most cases, most wallet support directly exchanging BTC & ETH for fiat based on it current price without having to go through trading on Exchanges. This kind of luxury is not available for most altcoins. As newbie, dealing with the volatility and complexity of trading can really be frustrating... but with time, everyone keeps getting better
