I think the reason is the potential of the digital market and so many are trying to innovate the use of cryptocurrencies. New cyptocurrency are made to have a specific use in the market or business that is why there are large number of ICO presenting their ideas to the market. In some worst cases, there are lots of scam ICO in which they will run the investors money.
