I think that bull run may happen in 2019 instead of 2018, community were not ready for such serious changes.
Yeah it may be right that the bull run will start from the next year. This year is too bad for bitcoin so far and there are no signs for growth in the coming months. It means that this whole year is bad for bitcoin price. People are waiting and waiting but the price doesnt go up for long time. Now people are hopeful that the next year will be good than this one.
