Excellent News! My Zoom Meeting Scheduled with Ifeanyi of IBC Group Regarding Private Placement!
I have been in touch with the IBC Group, reputed international blockchain consulting experts (https://ibcgroup.io/) through different individuals for a long period.
Recently, I got a mail from Annette of IBC regarding collaboration with IBC Group for Private Placement Services for our SWATCoin Project and Pocket Miner Corp. This is some thing which has happened after our shifting to the Ethereum Platform and the subsequent event of getting listed on Yobit.

She had given me a link to fill up a short questionnaire after which I was initially scheduled for a meeting with Scott Ostby and then it got rescheduled to my meeting wtih Ifeanyi of IBC Group. Private placement is an early investment by Private Equity Players who wish to buy a stock early before it gets listed on the stock market If you remember my earlier post about how we will list Pocket Miner Corp on regular Stock Exchanges in 30 months' time and form a Board to run the operations consisting of D & M members, Investors and Financial Institutional Participants such as the Private Equity Players, this initiative is in continuation with that.
I have created a PM Corp stock token - PMCORP on WAVES Platform for this.
Total Number of shares (Tokens): 2.9 Billion
IBC Group Private Placement Request: 200 Million PMCORP tokens at the rate of 0.01 USD raising 2 Million USD.
If the deal goes through I will issue PMCORP tokens on a 1:1 Basis for every single SWAT holder. 290 million PMCORM for 290 Million SWAT holders.
In 30 months time we will go for an IPO.

As mentioned earlier we are well funded to run our operation for the next 5 years. But with these kind of investments if they get approved and come in, instead of selling a few hundred Pocket Miners a month we can scale up our operation to sell thousands of Pocket Miners in a day and become a full fledged manufacturing operation on an international scale with our own R & D facilities for new product design and launch.
Our argument will be simple. Take for example ETN or TRX.. which have got huge multi million dollar funding.. Where is the revenue and profit going to come for them? Compare those projects with SWAT. Pocket Miners will ensure a steady and sure flow of revenue and profit for the project.
irrespective of the outcome of the meeting tonight we will keep pursuing such initiatives in parallel to running our operations in a steady manner and keep meeting the deadlines in our road map with out fail!
These are on going efforts to scale up and accelerate our operations and to partner with bigger financial players in the market!

didarmetu, good to see you here! I know you are a new member of out community. Welcome to the community! The culture of the SWAT coin project and community is to keep giving our 100% commitment to the project without ever being worried about the results. Results will come to us automatically as a result our passion and belief in our project!
Meeting in 4 hours time! This will obviously be a preliminary meeting, a prelude to a much longer in-depth meeting with a bigger team and going through the financial aspects of the project in excessive detail. We are very positive about the outcome. I will post an update here as soon as the meeting is over.
There are many such initiatives that are going on in the background. As mentioned earlier, irrespective of the outcome of the meeting tonight we will keep pursuing such initiatives in parallel to running our operations in a steady manner and keep meeting the deadlines in our road map with out fail!
Remember our Yobit listing got approved after having applied to 43 different exchanges with our hard and fast rule of not going in for paid listing ever, getting approved in a few of those. And eventually after several months of trying repeatedly without ever being disappointed, Yobit listed us.
So the game is just beginning! To be a global brand and deliver consistent results, it takes immense amount of Hard work backed by belief, trust and to emphasize once more, patient and diligent efforts! That is precisely what we will keep doing till we succeed on a large scale!
