For two months we were seeing weekly blog updates, which was great. But we haven't had a blog update for two weeks now.

I suspect they are preparing to Exit scam since they have gone dark, new ICO Republia should be a hint, Bitconnect did the same thing with a fake ICO right before they exit scammed.

I think they are active on their telegram channel and why do you think Republia's ICO is operated by the same guys?

The founder is Boris son, and there team is recycled from Minex, Boris is really the founder of Republia
