You need to be patient. I'm pretty sure Theymos(I think Theymos does the appeals and not the staff) is a really busy person, not to mention he already needs to respond to a lot of messages similar to your complaint. You have no choice but to wait for a response. Your making threads about it is probably not going to speed up the process; or worse, it might even piss the staff off.
EDIT: that might be your reason right there, on Lafu's reply. In summary, you got busted. 👋
