Like you, my greatest attraction to Bitcoin is having improved access to my money. To be able to send money to any country of the world for a fraction of the cost is surreal. I love that. This is the way money should be. Now maybe I'm jumping the gun or asking for the moon, but there's one thing I do not understand. If Bitcoin is all recorded and the blockchain is impossible to forge or alter, how come it's possible to hack Bitcoins? See if my SIM card for the phone is stolen, I can have the card blocked and get a new one. Same with my debit card. But how come I can't do that with crypto? Surely the blockchain should be able to block the stolen money and keep it secure? I just don't get that part.
