New ideas continue to emerge so it is impossible for the ICO to end. In addition ICO projects prove they are reliable. Although many ICOs are scam, but I still believe in many other good ICOs and show significant development. The ICO will always be there if investors still believe in its development and we as users must always be optimistic.
