MISCELLANEOUS: It looks as though most of the posts merited have already been deleted, but 90% of the merits earned have come from one user, and mostly in single merits. Maybe someone has already reported, but just seemed very dodgy.

Аргументированно пишешь за что поставил Merit (желательно процитировав жалобу на тебя). Этого обычно хватает.
