If you're worried about governments, tax men, aliens, I personally can't be bothered. You can slip up once and mangle your years of carefully cultivated anonymity. Most people who are concerned about it use mixers but the snooping types certainly aren't going to let slip what abilities they have so you could be toiling away for nothing.
