I think those poor are not fools. What if they born with that kind of lifestyle? Do they deserve that kind of problem and lifestyle just because they are born like that? I think if you are born to be poor then you must be rich before you die because if you die and still poor you are a fool because you let that happen in your life. if it yes, means the poor are the fools.

I think its about education. Poor people with good education and willing to hard work, i am believe he will be rich people because he diligent on his work. People with good education will reach their dream and lift their life. Not all poor people are fools because sometimes they just dont have education
