Charlie Lee was just lying. He sold his own off the hill and found an excuse.Because he knew Litecoin was going to fall.
I guess its taking profit, thats ussually happen on every market not only crypto. Maybe DEV also need additional fund to improve litecoin project thats why he selling his LTC for further developement
