I'll try publish an issue every Monday, however there will also be periods when I might skip a week and publish a fortnightly issue instead.
An update every 2 weeks is good, since you are doing this for free.
Have you think about creating mailing list? Observer was informing us also via e-mail that new issue was published. I liked that.
However you post links to new issues on many different media so no need to rush with e-mails. Just a suggestion.
