Binance has good team behind & surpassed many exchanges by volume & their range of coins & pair of currencies are interested. Very helpful for new comers. New good coins has been listed continuously & has been one of the favorites of many ICOs as well as users. Back end working for real experience to attract new users & very familiar to use.  I feel they do a good job & getting credited by the users. Personally i haven't faced any of issues comparing to other exchanges. It's use friendly, has more coins & withdrawal limits are satisfied to new users. As per my experience i recommend it though i heard some issues with some people.
