Well a lot of people including me before that whenever i see the market goes red i go panic because all of my portfolio will lose and also it will be a hard time for me but then i realize that i should start believe not on the crypto itself but on myself as well. Doing the boost your confidence do not  be afraid from failure because keep in mind that failure can make you move forward fix your previous mistake and never letting it to happen again so if you want to get profits believe on yourself do your own research because on crypto it is better to risk it than doing nothing at all.
