1) Go to www.stealthpay.com
2) Click "Buy Stealth (XST)"
3) Fill in the relevant fields and in the payment method choose Visa/MC/Amex
4) Follow the instructions. During the payment you will have the option to pay with Citi bank transfer.
5) Sell Stealth for BTC on StealthPay, Bittrex or Cryptopia.
