For me the best time to buy bitcoin is when the price will decrease, like now the price of bitcoin is very low compare the last year equivalent so, i think this time will be the perfect time to buy bitcoin.
It is the time for us to grab as much as possible with so much down if compared to last year high. So if people are looking to make short term profit you can easily make money as once the rise starts you will mint money as it will have a huge rise.
