I am talking in terms of trust, potential and ofcourse, the earnings you make at the end of the day (or a particular time period, for all investors out there)?
But there are some reliable ICOs and have contributed positively to Crypto, this is a good thing, such as warning against the scamm that is adversely ICO that is really positive for cryptocurrency.
