I'm also new here. I decided finally, after reading these forums for a month now, to register. I understand the point of this restriction and I think it is good, however now I cannot make a post that I wanted to make. Well tomorrow morning I will be able to hopefully. It isn't urgent. The disappointment will pass and this will be a small price to pay. I'm also blabbering a bit due to the ambiguous substantial sentence what ever rule.
