No that's not true! In the first "better" is a subjective opinion, secondly, if Eterium was better than bitcoin, then it would not depend on the price of bitcoin! Yes, Etereum definitely has some advantages, but bitcoin is still king.
I will not agree that ethereum is will be better than bitcoin, i am sure that no other altcoins can replace bitcoin as the best crypto, there is no doubt that bitcoin will became more better every year that's why ethereum has no chance to beat bitcoin.
