i see the coins allocation that there are 97% coins for the community, can you explain how to get that?

That's the share of Stake Rewards via the StakeCube platform. ie StakeCube takes just 2% fee, 1% is allocated to Lottery and Airdrops, the user retains 97%.

StakeCube is definitely a cut above the rest and the upcoming integrated exchange and then in time a fully fledged StakeCube exchange will be game changing. Stake and trade on the same platform.

So where is the 1.4% premine and why is what is happening with those coins not being a part or that pie? What is that for I'm going to go ahead and guess the selling of masternodes like most of these launches.

You have to distinguish between our StakeCubeCoin and the platform. The platform (with the pie-chart) is our already running product (since >3 months), a proof of stake pool and masternode hosting service. The stakecubecoin is one of the "payment"-methods there for our different functions. The chart has nothing to do with the premine.
