Last week, we successfully introduced the second Verity Dev Grant winner: betbox. Betbox is a decentralized application that allows you to place bets on personal challenges, private events, public events, and lottery games. The CEO of betbox, Stefan Godly, was introduced to Verity at ICO Race in Lugano in June, where they recognized the value of decentralized oracles as the missing links between the blockchain and the real world as one of key components of their platform. In light of our collaboration with betbox and the launching of their Alpha product, the Verity team has been challenged by betbox to perform a 10-person human pyramid in a 2-part event. The bet is now open on https://alpha.betbox.app/ and it allows you to bet whether we will or not be able to meet their challenge. The second part will be an exclusive Master Data Providers (MDP) Verity Alpha event in order to confirm or deny our success in the human pyramid challenge. It will take place on Wednesday, 26th September, with sign-ups opening after 13:00 GMT+2.

In other news, the first batch of our Master Data Providers tokens have now been unlocked. Tier 3 participants can now withdraw VTY tokens directly via our Verity Dashboard. The next two batches will be unlocked in October 10th and November 14th, respectively.
