I do recommendation to my family and friends to invest in crypto market while the market is crashing. But it should be wisely and of course not all of their savings, it should be a little amount that they can take the risk on it. I always advise to choose 2 or 3 best crypto coins like Bitcoin, Etherium, Ripple etc. , Because those  are the most reliable and profitable cryptos I ever know since I started, and I truly believe on the ability of those cryptos to create a greater value in the future.
