Usually, I use icodrops-like sites for this. They have a list of the active and upcoming ICOs with the "Bounty" tags. Or just search it in the Bounties (Altcoins) thread.
who has not been there has not trusted any other resources, because all we need is a bitcointalk. I do not even look at the company's ico ratings ever, 'Cause I'm not inclined to trust a dubious rating.
