Bitcoin dominance, as shown on coinmarket cap, has shrunk from being over 55% to now showing 52.1%. Therefore alt coins are rallying against bitcoin, and there is a recent increased confidence in alt coins over the past week. Much of this is due to the recent surge in XRP price, but there are other alt coins showing promising increases also. Would it be wise to transfer some bitcoin holdings over to strong alt coins, during this period of decline for bitcoin dominance?
