deadgiveaway, In the US there are no laws against people playing online poker except for Washington State. I don't know about Utah, I believe anything and everything is illegal there.
Dear BitsPoker, Since there is not much btc owed to the players it should not be difficult to give them THEIR btc. Then I imagine it would be easier to sell the site for a myriad of reasons.
