We provide the realtime supply data here https://explorer.pluracoin.org/q/supply/ but CMC would like to deduct coins reserved for future development and for maintenance of coin infrastructure to get the clear circulating supply. And because the PluraCoin is anonymous by nature this will need some extra development to provide these data live to CMC.

Good exchange means several BTCs of investment. E.g. Cryptopia takes about 5 BTC for listing. You can suggest another good exchange with low listing fee.

My personal opinion is that it's the best time to invest - in May/June 2018 the price was between 6 to 13 sats and if there's going to be similar maddness on the market like it was in the end of last year then you can make a nice profit :-)
