How about those people that's is deserving to be a Jr member even without merit. Is this can be possibly get ranked up and join bounty to earn money? Its true that there's a lot of people posting nonsense and doing shitpost in forum but how about those deserving ones. I think reviewing other post can be a helpful to be ranked up.
If you're deserving to be a Junior then you should have no issue in getting merit and that is what the entire system is there for in the first place. If you post crap then you will get nowhere and receive no merit but those who contribute and post something worthwhile will likely get the merit very quickly and rise through the ranks naturally over time and in line with activity. Alternatively, you can even bypass that by purchasing a Copper Membership which gives you the benefits of being a Member, but I'd just work on ranking up naturally by improving your contributions here.

No, it's a necessary measure because people like you are greedy and lazy and abuse things to benefit themselves financially. When something is free people take advantage of it and sadly people are free to create as many accounts as they want here just to abuse sig campaigns and bounties by spamming. You are a perfect example of why the merit system exists and you've only got yourself to blame because of it. You aren't interested in contributing to discussions here, you just want to rise through the ranks to earn money in the laziest way possible and will even cheat to achieve this:
