Advcash used to offer a terrible rate too to be honest. I went for Mistertango, they use Bitmarket for the exchanges which has decent rates, not the best but usually close enough to Bitstamp.
What's the minimum deposit at Mistertango you have to make to not get overtaxed with their minimum fee?
Without the minimum fee Mistertango would be good. But with it.. it's not for everybody... Let's just say many don't have or not want to store such amounts of money at an online service.
If you want to use the Bitcoin exchange service, you have to pay a monthy fee of 5 EUR, no matter how much you deposit. The main reason why I signed up is to have a bank account together with a mastercard to withdraw in Euros whenever I sell Bitcoin.

I've read here, there's still that minimum fee at mistertango, making services like AdvCash still good (for the people with no big amounts of BTC) if you do the math.
Not sure why I misunderstood your question, but apologies anyway, you are right there is a 0.0025 fee, which is indeed problematic for small amount deposits.
Back on topic, Advcash has remained silent for a while now here, wondering if we will get an update before the end of the year?
