Why can't they give you the money and you buy the coins for them? You could use Localbitcoins or some other free-ads site and find someone who will meet you face-to-face to sell you bitcoins for cash. Be careful when meeting people though. Always meet in a public place and do a smaller trade with them at first just to make sure everything is legit.
