Team Guncoin is releasing a mandatory security patch upgrade - GUN Core V1.5.1. This is required due to a recent Bitcoin Core Team announcement of a vulnerability that was discovered last week in 0.16.0. As a result, Bitcoin Core is now at 0.16.3 and that includes the patch to eliminate the risk of the vulnerability to be exploited.

We have had Cryptopia to put GUN in Maintenance mode UNTIL the majority of the blockchain is on the new code. We will also update the seed nodes and the GUNCOINPOOL.com mining pool as well.
