"Regulated" here obviously means Government controlled = centralized exchanges.
... So basically they are trying to allow centralized Cryptocurrency Exchanges to buy ads... Then slowly the Crypto World will be dominated by Centralized Wolves in sheep clothing.
Hopefully they don't also begin allowing the promotion of Centralized Cryptocurrencies (fake Cryptocurrencies).
