Yes of course. Not all but mostly ICO'S are using this type of cryptocurrency, therefore i conclude that many ico are trusting this coin. I cannot say that it is stable since this is a very volatile currency but in terms of dependability ETH is one of the best.
Ethereum is now very popular in cryptocurrency and it has a big potential so it would be a good decision holding eth for long term.
