To all the haters and flamers out there about how; slush less than this and xx is better then xx.... stfu!
This pool has the best support out of any pools I have been with, and i've been with more pools than a hooker can make a career out of!
I submitted a ticket to the support staff back when the most recent blocks were not showing proper rewards, and this was at like 3:00am PST
I got a response back within 10 minutes assuring me not to be concerned, then poof what was said was done and I was credited!
In my honest opinion, if one does not simply mine with Slush, one does not have access to the resources and collaboration as said other pools!
My recent problems were a lot of stale shares but it looked like the amount of stales that happened when we were all on getwork, which is fixed now and we are all back being happy!
Props go out the slush support team, and everyone else that makes this pool possible!

At the heart of a free-market is the right for people to voice opinions and freely mine wherever they want. I raise your "STFU" and "keep calm and mine on" Communist bullshit with a "Go screw dummy"- get a clue about what you are encouraging, stop and think about it, really think. The SIMPLE fact is that because of the voiced opinions us miners have a way to hold pool operators accountable and we have a method to inform each other by sharing knowledge and opinions here. I think it's silly and sad that people like you want others to bury their head in the sand rather than freely share opinions. Glad our luck turned around for now, but this is the place I hope to come for unfiltered user feedback, not blind faith and ass kissing propaganda. Long live Slush, until/unless there is a "better" pool because we are all free to vote with our hardware, and hopefully we encourage criticism here to share all the necessary information if/when things point towards our pool having a disadvantage. We all pay a fee, and nobody gives me "props" for simply doing my job, gotta go above and beyond for that and from what I know there's no real level of personalized service, just widespread technical issues, silence, and sudden fixes that (usually) happen after a few days.
Your suggestion to shut people up is a concept that kills the transparency needed for a competitive market, anyone that has studied econ 101 knows that competition drives innovation and the end result is the best solution for the market. A bunch of forums with a "STFU and keep mining" policy would be a world full of shitty pools with no accountability for their actions. It's a forum, free speech is essential. I'll say it would be nice for newbie questions to remain in the newbie forum, but if someone has a problem with this pool bet your ass I want to know about it, and if there's another pool without said problem I want to know about that too. If not for that, why else would we be here? Bad luck therapy and good luck "atta boys"? Even if we are delighted with the service it is through an open platform that encouraged criticism that we can ensure the quality is maintained, or improved when needed. Even knowing that you tried other pools without excessive commitment is valuable information, it's just the whole "stfu" thing where you are crossing a line that nobody here should
ever strive for.
