Gustafio, your thought takes place to be, but I don't insist on that money was donated only for that address which I have specified if you consider that I the swindler you can find the person or fund to which for 100% you trust and to give money to him. I will be glad to it too! 
Why would you create a completely new Bitcointalk user for this? It seems to be intentional that the site doesn't specify how its going to help people or who is behind the initiative.
