I, as a libertarian, do not like taxes, but if you want the project to not have problems then when the regulators come to ask questions, you should prepare for it in advance. Otherwise, even if there is an excellent start, you may find yourself having to close the project. In addition, large fund investors prefer options where everything is a bit more transparent from this point of view.
