Scam ICO isn't not necessary. Obviously ICO is the one of famous way to raise fund and build a community. A potential ICO keep important role in crypto industry. For example ETH was introduced by ICO. But currently we can't see much potential project of ICO. Most of are scammer. In my opinion 90% project became scam. How people's will trust on ICO. I think there should be something new instead of ICO for security of investor. Like project could use escrow, if any project use escrow for raise fund I believe people's will encourage again for invest on ICO. However a potential ICO keeping role to expand crypto world. So I believe there is still necessary for potential ICO's.
