I guess early investors don't feel comfortable with current price of MANO.
Mano is still in beta, and is implementing a huge amount of updates currently based on what's been learnt so far. While this is happening, new deployments are disabled to keep any issues from happening. Nodes that are already deployed are running smoothly, but unfortunately some people have been led to the conclusion that the Mano Host platform is not working for any nodes, so this may have contributed to the current price.
Once hosting reopens for new deployments, additional coins are added and the new UI is implmented, this may increase the demand for Mano.
