When you will reply to my ticket number 544267 waiting for more than week and other two tickets 544052, 543591 were closed forcibly by you without resolving the issue. My BURST coin withdrawal not successful while your bot is replying automatically the same message that you have pending withdrawal in history, I swear that I don't have any pending unconfirmed withdrawal, I have confirmed the link received in email and have got transacation ID which is 4340813556673928483  but this ID is not found on BURST explorer. I contacted the receiving exchange, they advised me to get private encrypted message because BURST coins withdrawal is not possible without an encrypted message which is not available in C-CEX at the time of withdrawal. Please for GOD sake resolve my issue and reply in person to ticket number 544267. Also, I am waiting for more than two weeks for SIBCOIN deposit, which is successful on explorer and balance deducted from the source exchange but still didn't get here, transaction ID is f576f2a8e1a581f4b7d5a370a1b1cdc48d4a82bd50145983e4d901a7c06c4f41
