I see that 1 ETH=40000 DEAL.That means DEAL is pegged to ETH no matter what?If thats the case then DEAL is very cheap ,since ETH is very low at the moment.

Wouldn't they wan't to correct that? I can't imagine that all the projects that are pegged to ETH didn't think this could happen.
