At least they are trying to refund the investors even if it's still to be seen if they will really send back the money collected.
They are refunding because the 95% of stock is holded by ICONOMI and this refund news will be majorly benefited to them as surely they will unfairly distribute the major chuck of refund to ICONOMI and for other users will get only penny. Just like how ICONOMI promoted this project and scammed once again the investors funds.
As their is no other option who ever is holding the coin have to participate in redistribution or else just think as a dead coin in the eth wallet.
