who ever is going to participate in redistribution can know the terms and conditions of their procedure. If you read fully then you will know it how they are going to scam the users with this option. As they are avoiding and securing themselves from all legal problems which they are going to face if any users i holding large portion of coins and due to company scam he is facing loss, should not go for legal procedure. So for that only to cover the story they are starting redistribution process, even this process they will take 12 months and in this mean time all will forget their scam and even forget their refund claims.

II. I hereby waive the right to hold Cofound.it liable for any legal or monetary consequence arising from redistribution process. I shall defend, indemnify and hold Cofound.it harmless from any legal or monetary consequence arising from redistribution of assets.

III. I hereby waive the right to hold Cofound.it and/or its affiliates and/or their respective officers, employees or agents liable for any damages of any kind, including, but not limited to, direct, consequential, incidental, special or indirect damages (including but not limited to lost profits, trading losses or damages that result from the redistribution process).

IV. I hereby expressly waive the right to demand reimbursement of any damages of any kind arising from the redistribution process.
