No doubt, binance is one of the top destination exchanges for serious projects. However I think that binance has not been entirely favorable for cheap traders... There's even a lower limit for what you can sell or buy!!! I mean, who does that? I think Limits (both upper and lower) ought to be for withdrawals only and not for buying and selling...
