I think it would be better to have a KYC system to open a new account.
Who need KYC, when you can start from video interview with forum admin and moderators to open a new account ?
One advantage of the invisibility of forum mods/administrators is that you can fit a whole hell-of-a lot of them in the same audition(casting) couch, and they don't complain about overcrowding.
