Yes, Proof of Stake is being worked on.
I think they are working on both PoS and Masternodes. I might be wrong, or their direction has changed but I'm pretty sure both will come in time. Masternodes will be super exciting. I'm also interested in knowing whether you'll be going down the ZELcash root of very intensive node requirements, or more standard as wew see with most coins?
