No you don't.
Just did what the others instructed you to do ( refer above ) so you can receive your etc.
However, it might be loss if your withdrawal addy is an eth address and not an etc address. Never been experienced this and AFAIK transactions aren't reversible.

If by now you still don't receive it, provide the transaction hash so others can help you through.
